Leo E. Chapuis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leo E. Chapuis (New London, Iowa), born in Fairfield, Iowa, who passed away on April 27, 2020 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leo E. Chapuis to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Chapuis and Lucille Harriett Comingore Chapuis; his brother Edward; and his son-in-law Norman Calhoun. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Bloyd; his daughters, Deanna Calhoun of Mt. Pleasant and Teresa Coleman (Tim) of Fairfield; his grandchildren, Will, Sarah and Tammy; his great grandchildren, Brock, Kade, Alex, Liam and Hunter; his sister Edna Walls of Garland, Texas; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Gilpin of Lewistown.
In keeping with Governor Reynolds executive order during the COVID-19 health crisis, a private family graveside service will be held at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, rural Mt. Pleasant with Pastor Kathleen Moore officiating.
A memorial has been established in his memory.
