We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Joan Marie Septer (New London, Iowa), born in Mount Pleasant, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Brown and Ida Willey Brown; her son Terry Septer; and her siblings, Dan, Donnie and Dorothy Blanchard.

She is survived by: her children, Russell Septer (Gail) of Davenport and Sharon Moore (Larry) of Burlington; and her siblings, Mary Sue Moore of Burlington, Daryl Brown of Burlington and Bill Brown of New London. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for BACA (Bikers Against Child Abuse).
