He was predeceased by: his father Howard Arbogast; and his sister Carla Arbogast. He is survived by: his mother Fonda Rae Arbogast (Detrick) of Mt. Pleasant; his wife Tamara Dawn Fariss (Tami) of New London; his children, Amanda Bork (Kyle) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Daniel Arbogast of Cedar Rapids, IA and Johnny Mertens of New London, IA; his sister Deb Stookesberry (Tim) of Mt. Pleasant; his grandchildren, Kayden Jeffery Bork and Connor Riley Bork; his son Jayce; his grandchildren, Payton, Oakley and Jason Fariss (Tye); his great grandchildren, Jason, Jayden and Blake Smith (Uyen); and also, Adrianna and Liam. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been started to establish a Henry County Freedom Rock.
