He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cecil and Goldie Lillian Stevens (Casey); his wife Betty Davis; and his son Herb Stevens II. He is survived by: his daughters, Teena S. Craff of Mt. Pleasant, IA and Tammy Stevens of Florida; and his sister Darlene Wirt of Burlington, IA.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
