He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Sr. Davis and Stella Marie Fricker Davis; his wife Marilyn Lee Garmoe; and his brother Gordon. He is survived by: his children, Deb Kempker (Dave) of New London, Barb Miller (Paul) of Mt. Union, Karen Ogier (Cory) of Sierra Vista, Arizona and Jeff Davis (Berdette) of Mt. Pleasant. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
