He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Ellsworth and Beulah Mae Seitz Gaylord; and his brothers, John, LaVerne and Gerald Gaylord.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Miller; his children, Cynthia Wilson of New London, Nathaniel Gaylord (Teresa) of Gardner, Stephen Gaylord (Angela) of Shawnee and Kimberly Fedler (Rollie) of West Point; his grandchildren, Michael, Rachael, Brett, Eric, Nathan, Brittney, Bradley, Mitchell and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Leonardo, Benjamin, Madelyn and Amelia; and his sisters, Doris Bock of Lee's Summit, MO. and Dorothy Thompson of Burlington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
