Rettele; his children, Angie Crandall (Dave) of Urbandale, Cherie Watznauer (Tom) of New London and Kevin Bergman (Allison) of New London; his grandchildren, Josh, Nikki Crandall, Justin, Jordan, Josey Watznauer, Jayden, Natan, Malak and Gage Bergman; and his siblings, Karen Rottinghaus (Albert) of Wetmore, Kansas, Elaine Theel (Wayne) of Emporia, Kansas, Rosalyn Neary (Bill) of Silver Lake, Kansas, Alice Wietharn (Frank) of Topeka, Kansas, Stephen Bergman (Sheril) of St. Benedict, Kansas, Frank Bergman of Seneca, Kansas, Gary Bergman of Topeka, Kansas, John Bergman (Deb) of St. Benedict, Kansas, Brenda Haug (Marion) of Seneca, Kansas, Mary Bergman (Penny) of Shawnee, Kansas and Brian Bergman (Amy) of Sabetha, Kansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for his grandchildren's education.
