It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Ann Ayers (New London, Iowa), born in Burlington, Iowa, who passed away on December 21, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Snowden and Helen Snowden (Thompson); her stepfather Loy Gorman; her brother Steve Snowden; and her mother-in-law Mary Huff.

She is survived by: her husband Don Vernon Ayers; her children, Cyrus, Ahban Ayers (Ausha) of Cedar Rapids, Rose Ayers of Ankeny and Iris Ayers (Adam) of New London; her grandsons, Izak Lumadue and Archer Ayers; and her sister-in-law Linda Snowden of Burlington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, many cousins.

A memorial has been established for Great River Hospice.
