He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Jarvis; his children, Douglas of Yarmouth, Jay of Katy, Texas and Julie Seils (Stephen) of New London; his grandchildren, Shae and Shayla Seils; his brother Dean Kolkman (Yong) of Wallis, Texas; and his sister-in-law Janet Kolkman of Danville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
