It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Wray Phillips (New London, Iowa), born in Bellflower, Missouri, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Wray and Mae Juanita Stansbery Phillips; and his siblings, Shirley and Dennis Phillips. He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Phillips (Janaan) of Cedar Rapids, Frances Wiesner of Des Moines and Kathryn Osier of Mt. Pleasant. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
