She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Rittgers and Esther Rittgers (Ballhagen); her siblings, Gladys Elliott, Elizabeth Rittgers, Eugene and Merle Rittgers; and her siblings-in-law, Rose Ella, Marvel, Frances and Calvin Elliott.
She is survived by: her siblings, Charlotte Rittgers of New Hartford, Donald Rittgers of Shell Rock and Ralph Rittgers (Arlene) of Park Rapids, Minnesota; and her pet Pansy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other beloved family members; close friends and neighbors.
