He is survived by: his sons, Eric (Lori) of Windsor, CO, Jason (Mariah) of San Jose, CA and Douglas (Deanne) of Urbandale, IA.; his grandchildren, Eric, Sadie, Braxton, Jason, Lucas, Logan, Doug and Addison; his wife Maureen Johnson; his siblings, Anita McGowan (Tom) of Lawler, IA, Marjorie Woodbridge (Dan) of Rio Rancho, NM, Norbert Busta (Joann) of Waucoma, IA and Marvin Busta (Sue) of Verona, WI; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Busta (John), Phyllis Morris (Bob), Jerry Johnson (Barb) of West Point, IA, Patrick Johnson (Laurie) of Petaluma, CA and Judy Friedman (Mark) of Peoria, IL..
