He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Clement and Olla Clement (Waters); his son Ross Clement; his siblings-in-law, Walter and Lucille Behnken; his siblings, Doug Clement (Judy) and Sondra Schara; his brothers-in-law, Alan Behnken and Don Kerr; and also Bobbett.

He is survived by: his wife Jan Clement; his son Russell Clement of New Hampton; his brother Carsten Clement (Linda) of Tennessee; and his sisters-in-law, Norma Kerr of West Union, IA and Kay Behnken of Monona, IA.

Memorials may be directed to Roger's family.
