He is survived by: his children, Bernadette Christoph (Dave) of New Hampton, John Helling (Linda) of Harlan, IA, Dale Helling W. (Jo), Larry Helling (Jan) of Marion and Leon Helling (Jean) of Ankeny, IA; his brothers, Stanley Helling (Lillian) of Ft. Madison, IA and Joseph Helling; and his sister-in-law Charlene Helling of Kansas City, MO.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren.
