He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Burke (Carol), Kay Allen (Tim), Arlene Stewart, Joe Burke (Connie) and Melanie Burke (Jeff Rechek); and his siblings-in-law, Sue Burke and Piet Maarsen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and long time 'sister.
