He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Papenheim and Hildegard Papenheim (Orthaus); his siblings, Merlin, Betty Biwer, Barb Thoma, Phyllis Larson and Carolyn Papenheim; and his close friend Merry Downing.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gary R. Papenheim (Linda) of Cedar Falls, Jane Phelps of Rochester, MN, Mary Schmidt (Rick) of Farmington, MN and Norma Paumen (Bill) of Depauw, IN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
