He is survived by: his wife Sue Bouska of New Hampton; his sons, Jeremy Bouska (Danielle) of New Hampton and Kyle Bouska (Jocelyn) of New Hampton; his grandchildren, McKaia, Jaxton Bouska and Alex Henderson; his siblings, Alan Bouska (Jan) of Mason City, David Bouska (Sue) of Cedar Rapids, Paul Bouska (Amy) of Iowa City, Jean Franzen (Ron) of Fort Atkinson, Ann Wunder (John) of Muscatine and Denise Ryant (Jim) of Calmar; his brother-in-law Duane Franzen (Marilyn) of Denver; his mother-in-law LaVonne Rosonke of New Hampton; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Rosonke (Paula) of New Hampton, Dan Rosonke (Karen) of New Hampton, Joe Rosonke (Jean) of New Hampton and Sandy Long (Ken) of Rochester. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
