He is survived by: his wife Ann Martin of Jerico; his daughters, Jamie Hart (Brad), Jessica Anderson (Tucker) of Norwalk, Christina Flatjord of Jerico and Amanda Druvenga (Bryce) of Jerico; his grandchildren, Paige Hart, Madison Hart, Koiy Miller, Tatum Miller, Graham Hart, Ryanne Flatjord, Ozzlyn Anderson, William Druvenga and Waylon Druvenga; and his siblings, Kim Flatjord of Jerico, Gene Flatjord (Wanda) of Jerico, John Flatjord (JoAnn) of Fort Meyers, Randy Flatjord (Vicki) of Cresco and Linda Johnson of New Hampton.
