He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Wayne and Mayburne Ruth Dolan (Norton); his brother Paul Dolan; his parents-in-law, Nick and Marcella Strub; and his brothers-in-law, Earl and Charles Strub.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Meg" of New Albin; his daughters, Lori Aller (Brian) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Lisa Romberger (Tim) of Hinsdale, IL; his stepsons, Jeff Fink (Carole) of Coon Rapids, MN, Mark Fink of Spring Grove, MN and Chris Fink (Avis) of Lino Lakes, MN; his grandchildren, Hayley Nelson (Matt), Taylor Deutmeyer, Sam and Will Romberger; his stepgrandchildren, Elijah, Charlie Fink, Michele Gasper (Austin) and Matt Aller; his siblings, Ed Dolan of Waterloo, Mike Dolan (Teresa) of Waterloo, Jackie Roberts (Jim) of Grain Valley, MO and Marlys Bastow (Dale) of Poway, CA; and his siblings-in-law, Dan Strub of St. Paul, MN, Shelia Dolan of Janesville, IA, Marcella Hale of New Albin, Bernice Ott (Linus) of New Albin, Sally Strub of Cumberland, WI and Ann Thimmesch of Topeka, KS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In consideration of concerns regarding Covid-19, social distancing and wearing of masks is encouraged.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Winneshiek Medical Center Hospice or New Albin Fire Department and Rescue.
