It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael R. Lewis (New Albin, Iowa), born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on June 9, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert S. Lewis Sr. and Ruth D. Lewis (Keenan); his siblings, Bob Lewis Jr., Vince Lewis, Sandy Buckenberger, Barb Martinson and Reg Williams (Rick); his parents-in-law, Ronald Davis and Donna Knake; his brother-in-law Rick Davis; and his close friends, Larry "Snake" Knight, Nick Johnson and Ron Timm.

He is survived by: his pet Zolly Mae; his wife Robin Lewis (Davis); his children, Cory Lewis (Stacey) of Coconut Creek, FL, Trina Lewis of New Albin, IA, Bobbie Goetzinger (Kyle) of New Albin, IA and Jacob Lewis of La Crosse, WI; his grandchildren, Karrah Lewis, Samuel Lewis (Cameron), Trey Lewis (Asia), Neve Treptau (Micah), Alex Goetzinger, Carter Goetzinger, Christopher Gress, Dawson Lewis, Jacelynn Lewis, Zach Goetzinger and Ali Gress; his siblings, Ace Lewis, Trish Johnson (Wes) and Jackie Lewis; and his siblings-in-law, Rick Williams, Jaci Lewis and Dawn Buttner (Al).
