He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysisus "Ollie" Wirth and Evelyn Loretta Wirth (Jensen); his children, Tina and Troy Wirth; his siblings, Joyce Geerdes, Annette Leach (Dan), Jim Wirth (Alyce), Bill Wirth and Raymond Charles Wirth (Vickie); and his granddaughter Faith Wirth.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Caine of Nevada; his children, Dennis Wirth and Tammy Sharp (Jamey); his grandchildren, Myshaella Sharp (Jimmey Cathi), Hunter Wirth (Noel), Peyton Sharp (Aileen Acosta), Zac Sharp, Hallie Wirth, Caitlyn Sharp and Samara Sharp (Brenden Eiser); his siblings, Rose Wirth, Al Wirth (Sandy), Don Wirth (Sharon) and Philip; and his sister-in-law Sheryl Caine.
Memorials may be made to the Iowa Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Dick.
