He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph G. Ball, Richard and Ruth Fuss. He is survived by: his parents, Danny Fuss and Sheryl Fuss (Ball) of Nevada; his children, Jaden Fuss of Nevada and Ava Fuss of Ames; and his grandmother Rosemary Ball of Nevada.
