Nora E. Kinyon Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nora E. Kinyon (Nevada, Iowa), who passed away on August 29, 2018 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Andrew and Eva Elizabeth Ackerman (Earl); and her siblings, Mary Catherine Croker, Marjorie Fox, Helen Williams, Ruth Ackerman, Raymond, Carl, Earl Ackerman and Mark Steckelberg.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Kinyon (Joann) of Ames, Ronnie Kinyon (Susan) of Ellsworth and Michael Kinyon (Connie) of Nevada; her grandchildren, Melissa Kinyon, Jessica Kinyon, Carolyn Steckelberg, Barbara Kinyon, Wayne Kinyon (Dejah), Master Sgt and Kent Kinyon; her siblings, Paul Ackerman (Loretta) of Grinnell and Mary Landis (Terry) of Ankeny; and her siblings-in-law, Larry Kinyon (Lynne) of North Carolina and Sandra Kinyon of Boone. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Bethany Life in Story City or the Iowa Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
