She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Orris Burton and Opal Luella Knutson (Olson); her husband Michael David Seaboch of Nevada; her children, Lisa McCoy of Nevada, Melissa Seaboch of Bountiful, UT and Christopher Seaboch (Molly) of Nevada; her grandchildren, Eric McCoy (Stephanie), Brandy Emerson (Dustin), Ben Schaefer, Isaiah Schaefer, Will Schaefer and Katelyn Seaboch; and her great grandchildren, Micah, Tatum, Alice, Maverick and Cooper.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the family. Memorial donations will be collected and donated to charities supporting infants and children in Kay's honor.
