With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise Anna Meals (Nevada, Iowa), born in Carroll, Iowa, who passed away on December 15, 2018 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Rickers and Anna Rickers; her husband Ronald; her brothers, Vernon, Lloyd and Lowell; and her grandson Jayson.
She is survived by: her children, Randall (Linda) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Rebecca Carl (Jack) of Towanda, Kansas, Steven of Sarasota, Florida, Timothy (Latifah) of Ames and Brian of Des Moines; her grandchildren, Lori, Thomas, Stephanie, Mathew, David, Christina, Anna, Jacob, Brianna and Azaria; her great grandchildren, Kennedy and Felix; and her brother Ivan of Westside. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Louise, to the Alzheimer's Association-Greater Iowa Chapter or to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics-Stroke Clinic.
