He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard H. Keltner and Dorothy Keltner (Bennink); and his wife Leona Norman. He is survived by: his children, Leonard Glen Keltner (Sheri), Jenny Keltner, Doug Keltner and Laura Gene Walker (Jamon). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Friends of Iowa Public Television.
