He is survived by: his wife Debra Lynn Boozell; his close friend Marvin McBride; his daughters, Kimberly Johnson of Nevada, Rachel Jensen of Nevada, Michelle Stimson (Chris) of Nevada and Kristina Reece (Jason) of Ankeny; his grandchildren, Orson Lyttle (Nicki), Maggie Birkestrand, Tanner Johnson, Taybor Johnson, Kadyn Tickle, Kyler Tickle and Dylan Jensen; his great grandchildren, Quinn Lyttle and Jaxdyn Birkestrand; his sisters, Kay Whitman of Des Moines and Terry Seedorf of Lake Mills; and his friends, Bob Carney and James Scarlett. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
