She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Page (Connie) of Nevada and Pat Page (LuAnn) of Nevada; her grandchildren, Timothea Page, Antonia Harding (Mike), Jocelyn Banda (Jerry), Melissa Kuhlmann (Lance) and Matt Page; and her brothers, Ralph Cook (Judy) of Ankeny and Rex Cook (Iris) of Lisbon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
