He is survived by: his sons, David Lee, Douglas Alan, David Page (Ronda) of Maxwell and Douglas Page (Lornah) of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Austin, Lucas, Lindsay Page of Maxwell, Mark, Angel, Andrian and Arlene of Las Vegas, NV; his niece Cheri Moran (Shawn) of Webster City; his nephew Jeff Wallrich of Madrid; and his mother-in-law Colleen Swalwell of Maxwell.
