He was predeceased by: his stepmother Lillian Kelly; and his brothers, Roland, Verland and Charles. He is survived by: his wife Tina; his sister Kathleen Lander; his nieces and nephews, Kelly Ann Winter, Julia Lander, Robert Kelly and Jim Kelly; his son Kevin Kelly; and his granddaughter Renee Kelly.
