He was predeceased by: his parents, Dillard L. and Bessie Marie Lowe, Sr. (Whited); his wife Emma; his sons, Michael, Kevin and Randy; and his siblings, Dillard Lowe, Jr., Wayne Lowe and Zelda Lowe.
He is survived by: his son Rick Lowe (Renae) of Story City; his grandchildren, Dakota Lowe, Nick Lowe and Paxton Sudbeck; and his brothers, Elbert Lowe of Nevada and Bob Lowe (Marilyn) of Nevada. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
