He is survived by: his father Jimmy Smith; his daughter Harlyn Smith; his siblings, Cody Smith and Makenze Smith (Blake Mohon); his girlfriend Hannah Hunter; his grandmother Connie Smith; his uncle Jeff Bailey (Carole); his aunts, Annette Ditsworth (Corey), Barbara Wilson (Wayde), Deb Hayes (Ron) and Tonya Smith; and his cousins, Jessica Bailey, Brad Reynolds, Tyler Walker, Hunter Ditsworth, Luke Ditsworth, Josh Kincaid, Bailey Pritchard, Christopher Hayes, Michael Hayes and Aaron Hayes.
