He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Phipps and Velma Phipps (Penn); and his sister Corda Bright. He is survived by: his significant other Cheryl Ann Chew; his parents-in-law, Dale and Verna Chew; his son-in-law Mike; his daughters, Shawn Phipps of Ames and Kristen Wright (Michael) of Nevada; and his grandson Connor Lee Clifford Hines of Nevada.
