She is survived by: her husband Jim Hackett; her son Mike Hackett; her daughter-in-law Gina Hackett of Winterset, Iowa; her grandchildren, Mitchell Hackett, Taylor Hackett (Tanner Walsh) and Justin Hackett of Winterset, Iowa; and her sister-in-law Judi Aldridge (John). She is also survived by other family members and lifelong friends.
