He was predeceased by: his girlfriend Cheri Barritt; and his sister Jeannie Tolles. He is survived by: his children, Cody Barrett of Omaha and Olivia Barrett of Council Bluffs; his grandchildren, Lane and Clare Barrett; and his sisters, Susan Rupp of Omaha, Sandy Brittain of Omaha, Beverly Barrett of Council Bluffs, Sharron Price (Tom) of Olathe, KS and Mary Jo Kretschmer (Wolf) of Carter Lake, IA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home & Crematory (545 Willow Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51503). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
