He was predeceased by: his siblings, Glen Cagley, Phyllis Thompson (Neal) and Sharon Keeling (Gene); and his brother-in-law Lavern Foelske. He is survived by: his wife Marlys; his sons, Robert Cagley (Ramona) of Charles City and Rodney Cagley (Pamela) of Ankeny; his grandchildren, Zack Cagley and Darby Mallas (Jake); his sister Patty Dietz of Charles City; and his sisters-in-law, Janice Foelske of Tripoli, IA and Mary Cagley of Waterloo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Rolland battled Parkinson's Disease later in life, but he rarely, if ever, complained.
