He is survived by: his parents, Jack Zugg and Erma Jean Zugg (Jacobs); his wife Deborah Zugg; his daughters, Virginia Deutmeyer (Matthew) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Stephanie Gale (Michael) of Minnetonka, MN, Michelle Zugg of Tuscon, AZ and Jessica May (Ryan) of Albia, IA; his grandchildren, Jack, Samuel, Lillian Deutmeyer, Isaac, Elijah, Gia Gale and Benjamin May; and his siblings, Jacquelynn Zugg and Steven Zugg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
Memorials may be directed to the Drake Public Library children's section to continue the family's legacy of fostering a love for reading.
