She is survived by: her husband Howard William Phillips of Mystic; her children, Lori Phillips of Sevierville, TN, Brian Phillips (Sharon Yang) of Minneapolis, MN and Lynette Phillips of Centerville, IA; her grandsons, Peregrin Phillips and Merlin Phillips of Minneapolis, MN; her sisters, Janice Gardner (Leroy) of Urbandale, IA and Rita Martin (Kenny) of Moravia, IA; her brother-in-law Wendell Phillips (Dixie) of Hollister, MO; and her nieces and nephews, Kenny Dudley (Dee DeRoo), Carol Sandison (John), Charlene Huckins (Clayton), Carla Wilson (Craig), Merlin Dudley (Jo), Marla Mothershed (Allen), Matthew Gardner (Stefanie), Shelly Royer (Joe), Sherry Beaty-Jones, Susan Pritchard Beaty, Jody Martin, Chad Martin (Melissa), DeAnn Martin, Darl Tarbell (Greta), Robin Thomas (Jim), Randy Phillips (Rhonda), Todd Phillips (Karen) and Mirinda Frealy (Aaron).
