He is survived by: his daughters, Judith Ruegg (Dean) of Troy, MO, Joni Belzer of Mystic and Julie Sheets of Moravia; his girlfriend Nancy Hinton; his grandchildren, Jennifer Cvikel (Brice Powers), Frankie Martin (Tanner Cole), Walter Ruegg (Chenoa) and Kennedy Weishaar; his great grandchildren, Carson Cole, Elijah Ruegg and Elena Ruegg; and his sister Sherry Belzer of Centerville.
