She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank McVeigh and Twilah McVeigh (Hunt); her former husband Dean Beaty; her husband David Ashby; and her siblings, Caroll Barrell, Kathy Varner and David McVeigh.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Whitcomb (Tim) of Mystic, Ramona Barbaglia (Donnie) of Mystic, Rebecca Bills (Boon) of Mystic, Michael Beaty (Kim) of Moravia and Raelynn Robinson (Doug) of Moravia; her stepchildren, Sharla Ashby, Shelly Cramer of Iowa Falls and Billy Hatfield of Centerville; her pet Lexi; her brother Roger McVeigh of Unionville, Iowa; and her siblings-in-law, Gary Barrell, Laurel Varner and Betty McVeigh. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
