He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Bender (Michael), Melisa Harden (Kim) and Lori Warner (James); his stepson Larry Dempsey; his grandchildren, Nikole Piper, Nathan Eagen and Shaun Allicks; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Zachary Piper, Randi House, Chrissy Shaffer and Jon Pfeifer; and his great great grandchild Matthew House.
