She was predeceased by: her parents, Royce Partington and Ruby Partington (Main); her son Mark; her daughter-in-law Fran; her half-brothers, Russel and Merle; her siblings, Melvin, Delbert, Ronald, Devene Frownfelter, Carol Stevens, Pauline Hixson, Merna Francis and Donna Partington; her grandson Matt Johnston; her great grandchild Ethan James Schnedler; and her stepdaughter Lucy Deyerberg.
She is survived by: her former husband Harlan L. Johnston; her husband Sanford Fosholt; her sons, Greg Johnston (Holly Oppelt), Doug Johnston and Rocky Johnston (Penny); her grandson Aaron Johnston (Lisa); her great grandchildren, Rhett and Cleo of Sherman Oaks, California; her granddaughter Katie Schnedler (Eric); her great grandchildren, Madelynn, Dylan and Devyn of Tiffin; her granddaughter Maggie Johnston of Durant; her stepchildren, Linda Clark, Louise Jesson (John) and John Fosholt (Laura); and her stepgrandchildren, Rick Clark, Andy Jesson, Matt Jesson, Kris Fosholt and Carl Fosholt.
Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church, Muscatine Arboretum, Salvation Army, or Muscatine Garden Club.
