It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. Nipper of Muscatine, Iowa, born in Rock Island, Illinois, who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan Emil and Joann Nipper (Davis); his brother Tony Nipper; and his brother-in-law Sonny Lawson. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Hart; his children, William Nipper, Jr. (Dawnie), John Nipper, Marcie Nipper and Natalie Nipper; and his siblings, Diane Preslar (Max), Joyce Lawson, Jeanie Lawson, David Nipper (Donna), Allen Mosher (Charlene) and Joe Mosher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
