He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Tisor and Beulah Tisor (Todd). He is survived by: his son Shad Tisor (Angie) of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Avery and Liam; and his siblings, Chester "Chet" Tisor of Muscatine, Joyce Plemmons (Gerald) of Muscatine, Vickie Wilhelme (Steve) of Letts and Russell "Rusty" Tisor (Fran) of Burlington.
