With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Seyb of Muscatine, Iowa, born in Farmington, Iowa, who passed away on November 22, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde DeRosear and Ida Rohdy DeRosear; her husband Eugene E. Seyb; her great grandchild Stella St. Clair; and her brothers, Howard, Roy, John and Robert.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sara Phelan (Bill) of Muscatine and Sandy Dahl (Dan) of Muscatine; her grandson Andy Phelan (Audrey); her great grandchildren, Libby, Riley of Muscatine and Mark Phelan (Rebecca); and also, Iris, Mabel, Edward, Wilhelmina of Scottsdale, Amanda Weis (Seth), Zachary, Melissa, Lillian of Davenport, Bryan Dahl, Betsy, Charlie Bedenbender of Muscatine, Cori McDonough (Matt), Everly and Logan of Marion.

Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church, Trinity Muscatine Friends (Hospital Auxiliary), or to the donor's choice.
