She was predeceased by: her father Ivan L. Martin. She is survived by: her mother Linda L. Martin (Proctor) of Muscatine; her significant other Jack Thorpe, Jr.; her sons, Charles'Charlie" Charlier (Jamie) of Maquoketa, Dustin "Duddy" Charlier of Muscatine and Cody Thorpe of Cedar Rapids; and her brothers, Tim Martin (Karen) of Muscatine and Dave Martin (Tara) of Muscatine. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Vicky's name.
