She was predeceased by: her father Calvin Lee; and her son Joshua. She is survived by: her mother Norma Lee Flater (Moneymaker) of Muscatine; her children, Jordan Paul Johnson (Kane Fulton) and Alexis Lee Johnson; her brother Jim Flater (Michele) of Davenport; her nieces, Kylie and Marissa; and her great-nephew Jake.
