He is survived by: his mother Phyllis SyWassink (Sprouse) of Muscatine; his wife Sherri; his children, Allison SyWassink (Jim), Erika Perales (Oscar), Tiffany Curtis (Tony), Seth SyWassink (Crystal), Chase SyWassink (Jessica), Zach SyWassink (Courtney) and Ashley Smith (Ryan); his grandchildren, Elexa (Brian), Olivia, Luca, Alexander, Madyson, Simon, Mya, Eden, Izach, Charleigh, Kaden, Karson, Elyse, Mercedes, Madi, Jay, Eliana, Zekie Wayne and Grand; his pets, Archie, Callie, Watson (Tucker) and Briggs; and his siblings, Rick SyWassink, Jeff Sywassink (Ramona) and Diane Allen (Bill). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
