She was predeceased by: her parents, George Chadek and Shirley Mays (Kennedy); her son Kevin; and her husband Gene Detrick. She is survived by: her former husband Mike Blaesing; her children, Greg Blaesing (Salli, family: Morgan, Kevin Howe, Megan Blaesing, Brady Thuman, Memphis, Emmerson, Nolan Blaesing), Barry Blaesing (family: Kelsie Blaesing, Brittany, Colton Rose, Weston) and Lisa LaRue (Brian, family: Katie LaRue, Rachel LaRue, Zach Flathmann, Jack LaRue, Kelsey Blades); and her siblings, Mike Chadek (Judy), Susan Duwa (Larry Schmidt) and Georgia Eash (Duane). She is also survived by granddogs.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Project Semicolon Inc. in honor of her son, Kevin.
