He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Krieg and Audrey Grace Bice (Williams); and his brother Kenneth Bice. He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Meier; his wife Brenda J. Bice of Muscatine; and his siblings, Bill Bice (Jacque) of Burlington, Mike Bice (Lesa) of Tulsa, OK, Betsy Smith of Burlington, Margie Reed (Nick) of Parkersburg, WV and Barb Gerst (Alan) of Burlington. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
